A Growth Assistant is a full-time (40 hours/week), Philippines-based rising star ready to support your business. All GAs are college-educated, fluent in written and verbal English, and come with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
We don’t staff from a bench — we actively recruit based on your specific needs. It typically takes us 3–6 weeks to find and embed the right GA for most standard roles.

You don’t need to sort resumes or conduct interviews. Once we align on your ideal candidate profile, we take care of the entire recruitment process: sourcing, vetting, skills testing, background checks, and onboarding.
When we introduce your GA, it’s Day 1 — they’re ready to go. If it’s not a match (very rare), we’ll fast-track a replacement at no cost to you.

If you have a short exercise or key questions you’d like us to include, we’re happy to review them. As long as it doesn’t impact the recruitment timeline or talent pool, we can typically integrate it.
Note: Take-home tasks can present authenticity risks (i.e., outside help), so we often suggest sending a few role-specific questions we can include in our live interviews instead.

All GAs are required to submit a Police Clearance Letter, which is a national-level background check in the Philippines. If needed, we can pursue an additional clearance via the National Bureau of Investigations (NBI), which is equivalent to FBI-level screening — though it takes significantly longer.

Your GA is fully dedicated to you — full-time, fully embedded, and working exclusively in your Slack, Zooms, inbox, and systems. They’ll use a company email, join your team meetings, and work in your time zone. Most are already used to working U.S. hours.
This embedded model is key to delivering long-term value. When you fully induct your GA as a team member, they’ll deliver far beyond basic task work.

Our model is built around embedded, 40-hour-per-week team members. This attracts better talent, provides stability, and allows GAs to grow within your org — unlike freelancers or short-term contractors.
In most cases, if you think you only need 20–25 hours/week, you’ll discover more than enough valuable work to fill the full 40 once the GA is fully integrated.

- GAs go through a formal onboarding and training experience.

- Our clients pay $3k to $4k per month for a full-time Growth Assistant, depending on seniority and skill set. That subscription includes strategic hiring support, talent match guarantee and full-service HR & Admin.

Our typical matching process takes 3-4 weeks, but lead times can sometimes be a week or less. While we respect resignation notice timelines, we also take into account client urgency and can fast-track matching and onboarding as needed.

Just submit the performance or bonus details to our team, and we’ll incorporate it into payroll within 2 weeks. A 3.5% processing fee ensures the GA receives 100% of the bonus payout.

We have structured policies for both PTO and holidays. PTO is accrued based on tenure, and holidays are aligned with US holidays. We encourage GAs to take planned time off to recharge — it leads to better long-term performance and retention. We also have policies in place if you need to request your GA to work overtime or on a holiday.

GAs log into your systems using your email credentials. GrowthAssistant does not store any client data. You may also choose to provide VPNs or device security as needed.

We use time-tracking software that logs hours and takes periodic screenshots (about every 10 minutes). These are stored for 6 months and accessible only to HR — not used for micromanagement. If you prefer to disable tracking, we can turn it off.
