Candidate Terms

Thank you for your interest in GrowthAssistant. These Candidate Terms explain how we collect, use, store, and share the information you submit when applying for a role or joining our talent pool.
By submitting your application or joining our talent pool, you agree to these Candidate Terms and consent to the collection and processing of your information for recruitment-related purposes.

Information We Collect

When you apply or join our talent pool, we may collect information such as:

  1. Your name, email address, phone number, and location
  2. Your resume, LinkedIn profile, portfolio, work samples, and professional background
  3. The role or type of opportunity you are interested in
  4. Information you provide during interviews, assessments, or recruitment communications
  5. Notes and feedback related to your application process

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for recruitment, such as government ID numbers, financial details, health information, religious beliefs, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested by GrowthAssistant for a lawful recruitment purpose.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  1. Review your application and assess your fit for current or future roles
  2. Contact you about your application, interviews, assessments, or next steps
  3. Match you with potential opportunities at GrowthAssistant or with GrowthAssistant client partners
  4. Maintain our talent pool for future openings
  5. Improve our recruitment process and candidate experience
  6. Comply with legal, operational, or administrative requirements

Talent Pool Consideration

If you join our talent pool or submit a general application, we may keep your information on file and contact you if a future opportunity aligns with your experience, skills, and interests.

Joining the talent pool does not guarantee an interview, job offer, client placement, or engagement with GrowthAssistant.

Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with:

  1. GrowthAssistant recruitment, HR, and hiring team members
  2. GrowthAssistant client partners when your profile may be relevant to an opportunity
  3. Trusted service providers or recruitment platforms that help us manage applications, candidatecommunications, assessments, scheduling, and related hiring processes

We only share information as needed for recruitment-related purposes.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate, complete, and up to date. If your details change, you may contact us to update your information.

Resume, Portfolio, and Work Samples

By submitting your resume, portfolio, or work samples, you confirm that you have the right to share them with GrowthAssistant and that the materials do not violate any confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, or agreements with previous employers or clients.

Assessments and Interviews

As part of the recruitment process, GrowthAssistant may ask you to complete assessments, interviews, or other evaluation steps. Any work submitted as part of an assessment will be used only for recruitment evaluation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Guarantee of Employment or Engagement

Submitting an application, joining the talent pool, completing an assessment, or participating in an interview does not create an employment, contractor, client placement, or agency relationship with GrowthAssistant

Any offer or engagement will be subject to separate written terms, requirements, and agreements.

Data Retention

We may retain your candidate information for up to [insert retention period, e.g. 24 months] so we can consider you for current and future opportunities, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

You may request that we delete your candidate information at any time, subject to legal, operational, or legitimate business requirements.

Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to:

  1. Update your candidate information
  2. Withdraw your application
  3. Ask us to stop contacting you about future opportunities
  4. Request deletion of your candidate information, subject to applicable requirements

GrowthAssistant takes reasonable steps to protect candidate information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.
